Peter grew up at West Penno and enjoyed serving in youth leadership before the church had a Youth Pastor. He was sent from WPHCC to serve in cross-cultural mission. After working for 13 years with his wife Sophia in Christian Community Development in Central Asia, they returned to Sydney and WPHCC in 2013. Pete works as the General Manager at Morling Bible College, where he had previously completed an MA (Christian Studies).

He has served on the church leadership team since 2014 and is also being trained in leadership coaching. He is passionate about seeing people grow and develop in their relationships with God and others.

Paul has been at West Penno for over 20 years and began attending when he was studying with his wife at Ethnos360 (formerly New Tribes Mission) where he also worked for over 5 years.

He has been in the leadership team for over a decade, and currently works as a Chartered Accountant at a firm in Sydney.

Tim has been at West Penno since he was 5 years old and has always been involved in Bible studies and prayer groups. He has always had a passion to see people come to know Jesus and grow in their relationship with Him.

The Lord called him into full time ministry at West Penno in 2010 after completing a Bachelor of Theology through Morling Bible College. Prior to this, he had been working as a youth and young adults Pastor, and an Associate Pastor in the church.

The Deaons manage the more practical areas of church life, ranging from overseeing the church building, property and maintenance, to the organisation of fellowship lunches and other social events.

Tim has been at West Penno since he was 5 years old and has always been involved in Bible studies and prayer groups. He has always had a passion to see people come to know Jesus and grow in their relationship with Him.

Karen studied at The Australian College of Christians Studies (previously Emmaus Bible College), and received an Associate Degree in Christians Thought and Practice. She has worked in a variety of pastoral care positions in aged care and has done chaplaincy work with the SAN Hospital. She has been West Penno’s Pastoral Care Pastor since 2017, which has included instigating our Hands and Feet Ministry, which provides food for those in the local community who are in need.

Brendon grew up at West Penno, and has been working at West Penno as the Youth and Young Adults Pastor since 2009. He also studied at Morling Bible College, receiving a Bachelor of Ministry. He is dedicated and passionate about discipling youth and young adults in Christ, and along with working at West Penno, also works part time as a Chaplain at Glenwood High.

Robyn works as the part time Office Administrator at WPHCC and has been a committed member of the church for over 20 years.
