Service times, directions, and what to expect on your first visit to WPHCC
Church is people, not a service
visiting WPHCC
We at West Pennant Hills Community Church believe that fundamentally the church is the people, not a service on Sunday. But the church gathers on a Sunday to celebrate, worship and learn together from the Word of God.
On a normal Sunday, we meet at 10am and our service runs for 75-90 minutes.

We’re only a couple of minutes from the M2 Motorway, and Google Maps takes you directly to our driveway. We have an onsite carpark and accessible entrances and amenities.
In total, a service is about 75-90 minutes in length. Services begin with our church band leading in music, song lyrics are projected onto the screens so you can sing along and/or engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. After the music, various members of the church will take turns leading different sections of the service which would generally include prayer, a Bible reading, and general announcements before the sermon.
The sermon is an encouraging and hope-filled message about Jesus preached from the Bible. It usually goes for 30-40 minutes.
We have a great mix of young familes, youth, kids, older people, young adults who are warm and welcoming. The vibe on Sundays is casual and relaxed. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as out guest.
We believe in age-appropriate, Bible-rich teaching for our kids and young people – and at West Pennant Hills Community Church, we make this a priority.
The other thing we make a priority is your children’s safety. Because of that, we have a detailed check-in process for our kids church program for your child’s first visit.
You’ll want to give yourself an extra ten minutes to get signed in for Kids Church.
Kids Church is offered to kids ages 3-12.
